T3PD (Teach the Teacher Professional Development) is nine weeks of learning and activities for teachers to gain the technical and pedagogical skills necessary to be IndigiGenius AI Code Camp instructors. Skills include basic knowledge and ability to work and develop using industry standard tools and platforms, Python, PyTorch, and Unity mobile application development.

First Languages AI Reality: FLAIR – First Languages AI Reality . An international, Indigenous initiative to facilitate the next chapter in Indigenous language reclamation thanks to the use of advanced immersive AI technology.

Indigenous in AI/ML’s vision is to build an international community of Native, Aboriginal, and First Nations who will collectively transform their home communities with advanced technology.

By elevating the voices of Indigenous ML researchers we will inspire future impactful work and break stereotypes.

Additionally, this group will strive to educate the broader NeurIPS on contemporary indigenous issues relevant to information technology and practices.
